The assistant that answers riders from any page of motos.cat. Each question goes through ordered layers: curated answers, semantic FAQ, retrieval on Qdrant (bge-m3 + reranker), generation with Gemini and GLM as fallback, and verification before serving. A 52-question reference set gates every release.

Mobile navigator inside every MotoRoute: follows your position on the track in real time and flags points of interest. Works without coverage if you save the map the day before, with a service worker that stores only what the navigator needs. Web version on the route page and Android app 1.0.3 in closed testing on Google Play.
Conversational chat that builds a route GPX from what you tell it: it stitches the route from the motos.cat segment catalogue and generates the file to load into the navigator. Inside each route, the same chat moves segments, adds and removes stops, splits the days, adds place photos and undoes its last change. Every write goes through a single gate and is recorded. In development: on motos.cat only administrators can open it.
GPX pipeline → >30° bends, sinuosity, density, IRv2/IRP, difficulty & fun. Deduplicated catalogue by {start, end}. Replaces Google Maps with Leaflet + OSM/OSRM/Overpass via own tile proxy.
OKF (regenerable canonical layer: frontmatter without touching source) + OKG (link-derived graph) + hybrid search with numbered source citations. MecanicBOT runs on this platform.
