    I run two live Rails platforms end to end: motos.cat (since 2017) and kw.consen.org (2026). AI assistants in production (MotoBot, RutaBot, NavegaBot, MecanicBOT) with hybrid retrieval on Qdrant, curated answers and a 52-question reference set as the gate before every release. I work daily with coding agents (Claude Code, Codex) under written rules, with a single hand deploying to production.
